• All products sold on AdonHomeDecor are carefully curated for quality, artistry, and style, including artificial plants, textiles, tableware, figurines, storage, etc., as described on the Site.

• While we attempt to accurately display colours, textures and dimensions of the products, actual product may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and manual craftsmanship.

4. Returns & Refunds / Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt to initiate a return. Products must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags or packaging intact.

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method, minus shipping costs and any restocking fees (if applicable).

• Custom, sale, or “made to order” items may have different return policies; such differences will be stated on the product page when applicable.

5. Warranty & Defects

• Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you find a defect in the product, you must notify us within 2 days after delivery.
